Cancellation Policy:  If you cancel your reservation more than 30 days before your arrival date, Serenity Cottages will issue you a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee.

If you cancel your reservation 30 days or less before your arrival date, you are responsible for the full amount of your reservation.  If we can reserve your room(s), we will issue a full or partial refund less the cancellation fee.

For groups or individuals reserving both cottages for any given date there is a 30 day notification period for cancellations.  All above fees and conditions apply.

No refunds for early departure and no shows.

Deposits are not transferable to another date unless the change is requested more than 30 days in advance of your stay.  

PAYMENTS

At time of reservation, you will be charged in full for a one night stay or 50% of the total for two or more nights.  You will be charged the balance of your reservation 14 days prior to arrival.

Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover are preferred methods of payment. 

No PETS allowed.

Smoking is not permitted in the cottages.  

Check in/Check out:  Check in is at 4pm and all guests must be checked out by 11am.  All guests are welcome to request an early check in and may be granted if possible.
